He also provided me with all the necessary contacts( Mortgage loan consultant, Attorney, Title company etc.) needed to purchase a property. After dealing with a handful of Brokers over the years in Hoboken/JC area, Dejah was by far the best and a TRUE pleasure to work with. Unfortunately I did not end up renting a unit with her as I chose to go with an amenity building through a separate leasing office but that had nothing to do with her work. Dejah was extremely responsive and understood all of my desires as a renter. I would send her my own list of units I came across online and within an hour she came back with details on every-one and answered all of the questions I outlined for each (not just setting up a showing and trying to do some smoke-and-mirrors ignoring my concerns like other people). She asked the right questions and actually listened to my concerns for filtering out certain places and criteria for the unit I was looking into, layout along with any other factors such as tenant fees. She was very flexible given my unique situation of going back-and-forth in terms of what I was looking at for a rental as I originally started my search for a 1BR but then had to update to a 2BR due to a new roommate situation.. eventually this led me going back to a 1BR as it fell through - she was helpful through it ALL and I'm sure it was more work for her. I've never been loyal to any realtor in this area before, but I will definitely be sure to work with her in the future on any further apartment search. Mr. Bailey found me my first investment property; in a great up and coming location and negotiated me a great deal for a newly renovated, off the market multifamily home. In addition, he mentored me through the entire endeavor, I came out of the experience with not only a great investment but he also taught me how to "fish".
